Mejance Choreography Workshop 📅 Friday, 9 January 2026 🕒 13:30 – 15:30 (2 hours) 📍 Oiposho Dance Studio, Berlin This workshop is fully dedicated to learning a complete Mejance choreography – a dynamic and expressive entrance piece designed to showcase the dancer on stage. A Mejance (also written Majancé / Mejancé) is a special oriental dance composition that includes several musical sections and rhythm changes in one track. It allows the dancer to express different emotions, techniques, and musical qualities within one choreography. In this workshop you will learn: •⁠ ⁠the full Mejance choreography from start to finish •⁠ ⁠how to dance through rhythm and mood transitions •⁠ ⁠expressive arms, accents, attitude, and stage presence •⁠ ⁠entrances, traveling steps, and stage dynamics •⁠ ⁠clean technique with emotional interpretation Level: Beginner+ / Intermediate level. ✅ Suitable for dancers with basic oriental dance experience ✅ Motivated beginners are welcome and will be guided step by step ⸻ 💰 Price Early Bird (valid until 28 December): •⁠ ⁠35 € per person Regular Price (from 29 December): •⁠ ⁠45 € per person ✅ Limited places – booking required ✅ No refunds, but your spot may be transferred to another dancer ⸻ 📌 Practical Info What to wear: Comfortable dance outfit.
